T. Hart Mecke, III serves as a Change Strategist at Volte. Volte partners with organizations to provide financial and operational advisory services, equity, as well as interim and permanent management services. Hart has a passion for delivering solutions for global challenges. A gift for resolving complex financial challenges. He sees the financial issues, breaks them down, develops pertinent solutions and implements the results

With over 35 years of experience working in finance organizations, Hart knows it’s more than a numbers game. His work at Ford Motor Company Finance included managing multi-national teams in the United States, India, and Japan. This experience gave him a broad perspective on how culture influences outcomes and how different approaches may be needed to solve similar problems. Hart learns what each organization cares about and develops strategies that correct the issues.

Following his work at Ford, Hart served as CFO for an Independent Day School in Detroit where he revised the accounting organization, reformed the tuition assistance program, and increased the school’s Charity Navigator rating from two to four stars. In addition, Hart is the Board Treasurer for two non-profit organizations in the Detroit area.
